Reminder & Notification Behavior

The app uses Android's AlarmManager to schedule reminders at exact times. When a reminder triggers, a notification with sound and vibration is displayed. After a device reboot, the app automatically reschedules all pending reminders. Reminder delivery depends on your device's system settings, battery optimization, and Do Not Disturb mode.

Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Notifications: To send reminder notifications with sound and vibration at your scheduled times.
• Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM): To schedule precise reminder alerts at the exact time you set. On Android 12 and above, you may be asked to grant this permission from your device Settings.
• Wake Lock: To ensure reminder notifications are delivered reliably, even when the device screen is off.
• Vibrate: To vibrate the device when a reminder notification is triggered, so you don't miss it.
• Receive Boot Completed: To automatically reschedule your pending reminders after the device is restarted, since alarms are cleared on reboot.

These permissions are only used for the reminder functionality and nothing else. No background data is collected or transmitted.

This app does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
